Perfect coffee find on our way into Salem! Great latte flavor, inexpensive, and don’t skip on the everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese. *chefs kiss* The gals running the shop are sweet and very personable! The atmosphere is so cute inside, too. Perfectly decorated for Salem. We will definitely visit here again!

This coffee shop is the absolute best! I come in frequently and have also ordered delivery when I was home sick. The service is always great, and the staff is hard working and friendly. On The Grind is such a great is such a great addition to our neighborhood!!

This is hands down the best cafe in the area! Their coffee is amazing—so flavorful and perfectly brewed. And the sandwiches and muffins? Absolutely unbeatable! Great atmosphere and friendly service too. Highly recommend!

By far my family's favorite place for coffee and a breakfast sandwich or sweet treat! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Comfortable to sit and eat or to grab and go! The owners and staff are absolutely amazing and very personable. I would (and do) absolutely recommend On The Grind 10 out of 10!!

Update: the Coconut Bagel with Pineapple Cream Cheese is absolutely inspired! I felt like I was in the Caribbean eating it! Great little spot with good coffee, affordable sandwiches, and enormous cake pops that I love!!

I have been going to on the grind every morning for about a year to study before class. I have never had a better experience at a cafe. The food is amazing, the coffee is perfect and everyone on staff is wonderful. i have never encountered kinder people, even at 5:00 am their energy is up beat and happy. most days my order is waiting for me. i cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I worked here for a couple hours in the afternoon. I had a cold brew and the southwest chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Parking is easy and free. Good WiFi and really good service. I will definitely be back!

Had a great bagel and coffee and they had very friendly and lovely staff :) There is parking behind the building- not exactly the nicest area outside the cafe (lots of warehouses) but inside the cafe is well done with lots of seating.
